As a qualified personal trainer I can help you to improve your overall fitness and well being to reach your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or increase your cardio vascular fitness I will devise a programme to suit your individual needs.
If you need extra support to lose weight I can offer guidance on what you should be eating to support your training schedule.
Who can train?
Anyone! If you are a complete beginner who is terrified to step into the gym or an experienced trainer who just needs that extra push - I can help. Age or fitness levels are not a barrier.
You can train alone or if you would prefer to bring your partner or friends we can develop a plan that works for you.
How do I PT?
We would start with a consultation and identify what you want to achieve. Working around your lifestyle we would look at regular sessions that would get you moving.
Where do you have to go?
You have the option to train as part of the gym at my base in Droitwich or if you would prefer to be at home I can come to you.
