Sports therapy

"Having had physio over many years, no one has been able to solve the issue with my back. After two sessions with Stuart he has gotten to the root of my problem and given me sound advice along with the tools to assist in my daily living along with preparing for a half marathon. Without Stuart's advice and assistance none of the above could be possible."

Sports therapy can be used to treat a range of conditions. Treatments look not only at the area of pain but also try to identify the root cause. Through massage we can look to manage your pain, work on rehabilitation and identify ways of preventing future injury.

What is sports therapy?

Sports therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness regardless of age and ability.

The common misconception is that sports therapy is only for sports people but its not, it can help with a range of conditions for anyone suffering pain.

How many treatments will you need?

You will not be tied in to a set number of treatments. The number that you need will be dependent on the severity of the problem and I will discuss this with you during an initial consultation.

Where do you have to go?

I operate from a treatment room in Droitwich or have a portable massage table that I can bring to your home.
